Sculptra is unique. Although, much like other fillers, it is injected into facial wrinkles using a small needle, it works quite differently. The active ingredient (poly-L-lactic acid) actually replaces lost collagen, correcting wrinkles and folds from deep within the skin.
The improvement from Sculptra is gradual and natural-looking. After several treatment sessions (typically about 3) and a few months, you will see a subtly rejuvenated appearance. And results will last at least 2 years; that’s longer than many fillers.
